Spinal Rehabilitation

Spinal misalignments, postural distortions and pain effects the way muscles function. The result can be muscle weakness, tightness, and / or faulty movement patterns.

These muscle faults can persist even after the pain has gone and Chiropractic treatment has corrected the underlying spinal misalignments or postural distortions.

A spinal rehabilitation program individualized to the needs of each patient is important in retraining the musculoskeletal system. The goals being too; “groove correct movement patterns”, build endurance and strengthen out of condition muscles, and learn to apply force and generate power in the most effective way.

An effective rehabilitation program will not only aid in prevention of future problems but improve physical work and sports performance.
